Description
A very loud and ominous sound of nearby thunder rumbled just seconds after I photographed the final image of this pano on Suilven. A few moments later I saw the next burst of lightning flash down towards the ocean just ff the coast at Lochinver. Time to get a shift on! There aren’t many weather conditions that I won’t endure on the top of a mountain in the hope of experiencing those dramatic mements, but nearby lightning strikes is certainly one of them!
