2025 Calendars - Golden Tickets

Terms and Conditions

  1. Only calendars that are purchased during the Pre-Order period shall have the opportunity to have a Golden Ticket inside.

  2. The Pre-Order period shall run from the launch of the calendar on my website and social media pages, until the 27/09/2024 (Friday September 27th 2024).

  3. One Golden Ticket shall be available PER calendar variation that I have available for purchase. For example, one Golden Ticket for Pre-Orders of ‘2025 Calendar - Mountains of Scotland’; and one Golden Ticket for Pre-Orders of ‘2025 Calendar - Fells of the Lake District’.

  4. Winners of the Golden Tickets shall be eligible to receive ONE fine art photographic print from my website, to the value of £80.

  5. Winners of the Golden Tickets can NOT use their prize to receive a Limited Edition fine art photographic print from my website.

  6. Winners of the Golden Tickets must contact me via email (rossdavidsonphoto@gmail.com), via direct message on any of my social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X), or via Form Submission on my website to arrange the details of their prize (including which print, the size, and delivery details).

  7. Winners of the Golden Ticket MUST include the Password in their contact to ensure the validity of their prize.

  8. Golden Tickets cannot be used as a method of purchasing products directly through my website. You must contact me so that I may place the order on your behalf.

  9. All prints claimed by winning a Golden Ticket shall be sent to you UNFRAMED. You must source your own framing service once you have received the print. However, I am able to provide a framing service for you, but there shall be an extra charge. If you desire a framed print, please specify this in your contact to me and we can liaise the details of this.
